Terms & conditions

The student taking admission to Swasti Yoga Center courses give voluntary consent and agree to the following:

• I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. Asana (yoga posture) means posture easily held. If at any time during the class, I feel discomfort or strain, I will gently come out of the posture. I may rest at any time during the class. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body and inform my teacher immediately.

• I understand that Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions.

• I will consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga.

• I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of pregnancy, any serious illness or injury before every yoga class.

• I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga.

• I will maintain more than 90 % attendance. Failure to do so and if my course is extended beyond its stipulated time, then I will pay full fees again and take readmission.

• I am aware that giving 3 internal mock exams and completing yoga logbook is mandatory to be certified from Swasti Yoga.

• I will also not wear any valuables or jewelry to yoga school and claim for any loss during the course.

• I am aware that meat, nudity, smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited during the yoga course, failing which guilty student will be dismissed from course. If I feel any discomfort with the trainer,

• I will inform the higher authorities immediately.

• Complete payment of fees is necessary before resuming sessions.
